This sucks. I am tired. I am hungry. I have PMS. But I logged my food (well, except for the chocolate I took from a co-worker's desk). I did the elliptical this morning and walked for an hour at lunch. Tomorrow will be a better day.
You will never hear me arguing that this does, indeed, suck. But we have to keep at it - hills and valleys, my friend, hills and valleys. :) I haven't done a workout yet in London, unless you count the miles of walking and sweating and walking and sweating that I've done in the last week. However, I'm availing myself of fabulous veggie sandwiches and fresh-cut fruit from Sainsbury's and Pret a Manger for all of my meals - they have the handy calorie count on the cover of each one, and I'm keeping it in line. I may be the first woman to ever LOSE weight on vacation - if we don't count the giant bars of Cadbury's Dairy Milk I'm buying as well. And of course we won't. :)
