Off Day

Today was my off day from working out. In addition to treating it as a work out break, I also took a break from eating healthy. I still tracked my calories, which helped how much I ate over all (even if it was too much).

I'm looking forward to getting back into my schedule this week. I have about 5 hours of meetings every day but Friday, so I will definitely need the energy burst that I get from doing cardio.
