Tuesday

Well, here it is, Tuesday. I'm down 0.8 pounds this week. For those of you keeping track at home, that puts me 0.2 pounds heavier than I was a fortnight ago.

I joined Weight Watchers yesterday. I'm not overly excited about tracking points (said the woman that used 9 of my weekly points allowance today), but I am hopefully that a change in how I track food and exercise will get the scale headed in the right direction.

  1. It's kind of shocking at first, isn't it? How many points are in things? I busted right through my weekly points allowance by about Thursday last week - those things just happen. I'm blaming the hormones. But it does make you much more attentive to the things you're putting in your mouth, and it makes you plan what is worth it to you and what isn't. Chorizo tacos - YES. Pumpkin spice lattes - maybe not so much. :) Just keep trucking, sister! You will get this done!
