I'm down 2 pounds as of this morning. I feel great.
Today I had kickboxing, which is my favorite workout. I have friends in the class and the instructor is motivating. Normally I run a mile after class, but today was so intense my legs couldn't take it.
Woo woo WOOOOOOOO!! Go, Sarah Jane! That's awesome. It's all downhill from here - bah ha ha. :)
